These terms explain the rules for using the Gahez (جاهز) website and pre-registration page at gahez.space. We kept them short and clear. By using the site, you agree to what's written here.
1. Acceptance of terms
When you use the site or register in advance, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. Description of service
Gahez is a cloud-based education-management platform for academies. We're currently in the pre-launch phase, with the official launch planned for 1 January 2027. Features and pricing shown on the site may still change before launch.
3. Pre-registration
Pre-registering reserves your interest and a founding-academy seat. It's not a binding purchase. If you pay any reservation deposit, it's refundable before launch according to the terms shown at checkout.
4. Accounts & responsibility
You're responsible for your account and for the access you give your staff. You're also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you enter — including student data — and for having the right to enter it.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for anything illegal.
- Don't try to breach, probe, or bypass the security of the platform.
- Don't misuse the service or disrupt it for other users.
6. Intellectual property
The Gahez brand, logo, and software belong to Gahez. The content and data your academy adds belongs to your academy.

8. Limitation of liability
During pre-launch, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Gahez isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site during this phase.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the product develops. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
